Whether helping someone find products, compare options, organize reminders, track appointments, or learn new technology skills, Susi’s goal is to simplify the experience and reduce frustration.
As users interact with Susi over time, she can learn preferences such as favorite stores, sizes, colors, shopping habits, and personal preferences to create a more personalized experience.
